Madison Simoes is a dedicated Paralegal originally from Tulare, California. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of California Santa Barbara when she was only 20 years old, obtaining a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and a certification in Sports Management.
Shortly thereafter, Madison obtained her Paralegal certification and worked at a Criminal Defense law firm in Visalia, California. She decided to move back to the Central Coast and began working at a Personal Injury law firm, where she discovered her passion for helping members of her community in their cases against large insurance companies. After several years of developing greater advocacy skills and becoming more passionate and curious every day, Madison decided to enroll in law school. She attends San Luis Obispo College of Law in the evenings while continuing to work as a full-time paralegal during the day.
Madison was a student in Matthew Loker’s Contracts class and quickly learned that he has the same passion for advocating for the “little guy” up against the “big guy.” Madison joined the team at Loker Law, APC in January 2025 and works hard to achieve the best possible outcome for the firm’s clients.
